Method
1.Preheat oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan-forced. Grease 12cm x 22cm loaf pan; line base and long sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over sides.
2.Sift flour into large bowl; stir in sugar, oats and raisins. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil and honey; stir to combine.
3.Spread mixture into pan; bake about 1 hour. Stand loaf in pan 10 minutes; turn, top-side up, onto wire rack to cool.
