- 1 sheet butter puff pastry
- 4 (330g) plums, stones removed, sliced
- 1/3 cup (55g) icing sugar
Method
Quick and easy plum tart
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
- 2Place pastry on tray and fold edges in by 1cm to form a border.
- 3Arrange plum slices, slightly overlapping, on pastry. Dust with 2 tbsp of the sifted icing sugar.
- 4Bake tart 20 minutes or until pastry is puffed and lightly brown. Serve tart dusted with remaining sifted icing sugar.
