Prosciutto, fig and goats cheese bites
- 4 fresh medium figs (240g)
- 50 gram soft goats cheese
- 16 slice prosciutto (240g)
- 1 cup loosely packed baby rocket leaves
Method
Prosciutto, fig and goats cheese bites
- 1Cut figs into quarters. Spread cheese evenly over prosciutto slices; place fig quarter and a few baby rocket leaves on each prosciutto slice.
- 2Roll to enclose; secure with toothpick if necessary.
