  • 4 fresh medium figs (240g)
  • 50 gram soft goats cheese
  • 16 slice prosciutto (240g)
  • 1 cup loosely packed baby rocket leaves

Method

    Cut figs into quarters. Spread cheese evenly over prosciutto slices; place fig quarter and a few baby rocket leaves on each prosciutto slice.
