Prosciutto, avocado and tomato bites

These tasty bread bites with crispy prosciutto and creamy avocado will help beat that 3pm slump.

Prosciutto, avocado and tomato bites
  • 1/2 breadstick, sliced
  • 100 gram prosciutto
  • 2 baby cos lettuce
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 250 gram chopped heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup aioli
  • juice of 1 lime

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Line two oven trays with baking paper.

    Arrange bread slices and prosciutto on tray. Spray with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.

    Top toasted bread with leaves from lettuce, prosciutto, avocado, tomatoes and onion. Drizzle with combined aioli and lime juice.


Use bacon or salami in place of prosciutto, if liked.
