  • 16 uncooked medium king prawns (shrimp),
  • 16 scallops
  • 1/4 cup mustard seed oil
  • 2 tablespoon peri peri seasoning
  • lemon wedges, to serve

Method

    Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Remove roe from scallops.

    Combine prawns and scallops with oil and peri peri seasoning in large bowl. Thread scallops and prawns alternately onto 8 skewers.

    Cook on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill plate). Serve with lemon wedges.
