Method

1.Cut pork into bite-sized chunks. Combine pork with marinade in medium bowl. Thread pork, onion and capsicum onto 8 bamboo skewers.
2.Cook skewers on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill pan or barbecue), brushing with remaining marinade during cooking.

Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent them scorching during cooking.
