Pork and green bean noodle stir-fry

Fast and fresh, this pork and green bean noodle stir fry is a great mid-week dinner recipe.

Method

1.Boil noodles as directed on the packet, drain then rinse under cold water, drain again and set aside.
2.Combine tomato sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Add pork strips to a heated, greased wok or large frypan, stir-fry until browned then add beans and stir-fry for a further minute.
3.Add noodles and toss gently over heat until ingredients are well combined. Stir in sauce mixture and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until heated through.
