Pesto salmon pasta
  • 375 gram linguine pasta
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) thickened (heavy) cream
  • 1/4 cup (65g) basil pesto
  • 185 gram canned drained salmon slices

    Cook linguine pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender. Drain; cover to keep warm.

    Add cream and basil pesto to pan. Bring to the boil; return pasta to pan, mix gently. Add canned drained salmon slices in oil.
