Peppermint choc-chip ice-cream blocks
- 2 cup (500ml) softened vanilla ice-cream
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint essence
- green food colouring
- 3/4 cup (75g) coarsely grated dark eating chocolate
Method
Peppermint choc-chip ice-cream blocks
- 1Place ice-cream in small bowl; stir in essence, a drop of green food colouring and chocolate.
- 2Spoon mixture into six ¼-cup (60ml) ice-block moulds.
- 3Press lids on firmly; freeze 6 hours or overnight.
