1.To make fennel remoulade; combine ingredients in medium bowl; season to taste.
2.Brush steaks all over with oil; sprinkle with pepper. Cook steaks on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan). Remove from barbecue; cover, stand 5 minutes.
3.Cook apple on heated oiled barbecue until browned lightly.
4.Serve steak with fennel remoulade and apple.
