While a classic piña colada is made with pineapple juice, we've given this piña colada recipe an Australian twist by instead using the delicious tart flavour of local passionfruit.


Passionfruit piña colada
  • 30 millilitre white rum
  • 30 millilitre dark rum
  • 80 millilitre strained fresh passionfruit juice
  • 20 millilitre sugar syrup
  • 40 millilitre coconut cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon passionfruit seeds
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Passionfruit piña colada

    Blend or process rum, juice, syrup, cream, seeds and ice cubes until smooth.
