These fresh and fragrant dressings match up with oysters beautifully. Indeed, any remaining dressing can be served over grilled fish, or prawns, if you like.
1.To make wasabi soy dressing, combine vinegar, sauce, sugar and paste in small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil; simmer 1 minute. Cool; stir in onion. Spoon a little of the mixture over 12 oysters.
2.To make tomato chive dressing, combine ingredients in small bowl. Spoon a little of the mixture over each remaining oyster.
