- 12 tasmanian oysters
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 eschallots, finely diced
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- 1To prepare the dressing, combine the vinegar, eschallots and olive oil together and mix well.
- 2Place oysters onto serving plate. Season the dressing with salt and pepper, and spoon over oysters. Serve immediately.
