Oysters with pickled lemon

Oysters always make a wonderful starter or shared platter for parties, try serving up half natural and half dressed with our pickled lemon dressing.

Method

1.Halve lemon lengthways, cut each half into 1cm wedges, slice thinly crossways.
2.Combine lemon, vinegar, oil, shallot and chives in small bowl; stand 10 minutes.
3.Top oysters with pickled lemon mixture. Serve immediately.
