Method
1.Whisk mirin, soy sauce and lime juice in small bowl.
2.Peel cucumber randomly, halve lengthways; remove seeds, dice finely. Slice 3 green onions diagonally.
3.Place 48 oysters on the half shell on serving platter or plates. Drizzle mirin dressing over oysters; sprinkle with cucumber, onion and freshly ground black pepper.
