Method

1.In a large bowl, combine All Bran, sugar, milk, apricots and honey; cover, stand overnight.
2.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
3.Grease 2 nut roll tins.
4.Stir flour into All Bran mixture; stir until combined. Spoon mixture into prepared tins. Bake for about 1 hour. Stand rolls in tins, with lids on, for 10 minutes. Remove lids, turn on to wire rack to cool.

Keeping time: 3 days.
