Ingredients

Orange jelly
  • 2 cup (500ml) freshly squeezed orange juice, strained
  • 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine powder
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) hot water
  • 1 orange, segmented

Method

    Heat half the orange juice with sugar in a saucepan on medium, 3 minutes, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Simmer 2 minutes.

    Combine gelatine and hot water, stir until dissolved. Stir into hot juice mixture then add remaining orange juice. Pour into moulds of your choosing and refrigerate overnight to set.

    Invert onto serving plates and serve with orange segments.
