Ingredients
One-pan sausage bake
- 8 thick beef sausages (1.2kg)
- 2 medium yellow capsicums (bell peppers), (400g), sliced thickly
- 375 gram cherry tomatoes
- 1 small red onion (100g), cut into wedges
Method
One-pan sausage bake
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
- 2Heat large flameproof baking dish over high heat. Cook sausages until browned all over. Add capsicum, tomatoes and onion, season.
- 3Roast, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
