Bring a nostalgic feeling to the table with this homely chicken drumstick, potato and rosemary bake immersed in lemon juices. Don’t forget to add a splash of white wine.
2.Mix chicken, potatoes, carrots, rosemary, garlic, olive oil and plenty of salt and pepper in baking dish.
3.Cut lemons in half and squeeze over baking dish – make sure each piece of chicken gets some juice.
4.Place lemon halves in dish. Splash small quantity of white wine over each drumstick.
5.Cover dish loosely with foil and bake in oven for 2 hours. Change oven to grill setting. Remove foil and place baking dish under grill until chicken and vegetables go brown.
6.Serve with crusty bread.
