Ingredients

Mixed berry smoothie
  • 250 millilitre frozen strawberry yoghurt, softened slightly
  • 1 1/3 cup (200g) frozen mixed berries
  • 3 cup (750ml) no-fat milk

Method

    Blend or process ingredients, in batches, until smooth. Combine batches in large jug.
