Mixed berry sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) cream
  • 1/4 cup (55g) firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 litre vanilla ice-cream

Method

Mixed berry sauce

    Heat cream and sugar in a medium saucepan, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Add mixed berries and stir over heat for 2 minutes.

    Divide ice cream into four bowls. Cool berry mixture before spooning over ice-cream.
