Ingredients

Mixed berry lassi
  • 300 gram frozen mixed berries, thawed
  • 2 1/2 cup (625ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (140g) greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon greek-style yoghurt, extra
  • 60 gram fresh strawberries, chopped finely

Method

Mixed berry lassi

    Blend or process berries, milk, yoghurt and sugar for about 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.

    Pour into four serving glasses. Serve topped with yoghurt and strawberries.

Notes

You can use any combination of berries you like or seasonal fruits such as mango or banana.
