Ingredients
Mixed berry jam
- 1.25 kg mixed fresh berries
- 1 kg white sugar
- ¼ cup (60ml) lemon juice
Method
Mixed berry jam
- 1Place berries, sugar and juice in a 4.5-litre (18-cup) slow cooker; stir to coat. Cook, covered, on high, for 4 hours.
- 2Uncover, increase heat to reduce setting on high; boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until jam jells when tested.
- 3Pour hot jam into hot sterilised jars; seal immediately. Label and date jars when cold.
