1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a 750ml (3-cup) rectangular ovenproof dish. Place dish on a baking tray.
2.Combine berries and caster sugar in a small bowl. Spoon berries into prepared dish.
3.Place flour, brown sugar, butter, coconut and oats in a medium bowl. Using fingertips, rub together until combined. Sprinkle over berries. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Serve with cream.
Make ahead: Prepare crumble in a glass or ceramic dish 4 hours before baking. Keep chilled. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg to crumble mixture.
