Ingredients: 225 gram milk chocolate melts, melted; 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream; 3 eggs, separated; 1/3 cup (55g) finely chopped raisins; 1 1/2 tablespoon dark rum; 1 tablespoon toasted desiccated coconut; 300 millilitre thickened cream, lightly whipped; 2 tablespoon caster sugar; flaked coconut, to garnish

Ingredients

225 gram milk chocolate melts, melted

1/2 cup (120g) sour cream

3 eggs, separated

1/3 cup (55g) finely chopped raisins

1 1/2 tablespoon dark rum

1 tablespoon toasted desiccated coconut

300 millilitre thickened cream, lightly whipped

2 tablespoon caster sugar

flaked coconut, to garnish

Method

1.Combine chocolate, sour cream and egg yolks in large bowl until smooth. Stir in raisins, rum and coconut. Fold in cream.

2.Beat egg whites in a small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until dissolved. Fold into chocolate mixture.

3.Spoon mixture into six 1-cup serving glasses; decorate with flaked coconut.
