Method
1.Combine chocolate, sour cream and egg yolks in large bowl until smooth. Stir in raisins, rum and coconut. Fold in cream.
2.Beat egg whites in a small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until dissolved. Fold into chocolate mixture.
3.Spoon mixture into six 1-cup serving glasses; decorate with flaked coconut.
