Method

1.Combine seasoning and 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large bowl with pork.
2.Preheat a barbecue grill or flatplate to medium-high.
3.Brush pork with 1 tablespoon of the oil, cook on barbecue 4 minutes each side or until browned and just cooked through. Transfer to a plate and rest 5 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, place tomato, avocado, cucumber, lemon juice and remaining oil in a medium bowl, season, toss gently to combine.
5.Warm tortillas according to packet instructions.
