Mashed peas
  • 500 gram frozen peas
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) pouring cream
  • 30 gram butter
  • freshly ground black pepper and salt, to season

    Half-fill a large saucepan with water; bring to the boil, add peas and bring to the boil again. Pour peas into a sieve; drain.

    Place peas in a blender with cream and butter; blend until smooth. Season to taste.
