Mashed peas
- 500 gram frozen peas
- 1/3 cup (80ml) pouring cream
- 30 gram butter
- freshly ground black pepper and salt, to season
Method
Mashed peas
- 1Half-fill a large saucepan with water; bring to the boil, add peas and bring to the boil again. Pour peas into a sieve; drain.
- 2Place peas in a blender with cream and butter; blend until smooth. Season to taste.
