The ultimate mango daiquiri

The ideal summer cocktail combines mangoes, rum and Cointreau for a deliciously summery drink.


Mango daiquiri
  • 1 medium mango (430g), chopped coarsely
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon cointreau
  • 1 tablespoon mango liqueur
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) white rum
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • lime slice, for garnish


Mango daiquiri
  • 1
    Blend or process mango, juice, Cointreau, liqueur, rum and ice until just combined.

    Pour into cocktail glass; garnish with lime.
