Ingredients
Mango daiquiri
- 1 medium mango (430g), chopped coarsely
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoon cointreau
- 1 tablespoon mango liqueur
- 1/4 cup (60ml) white rum
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- lime slice, for garnish
Method
Mango daiquiri
- 1Blend or process mango, juice, Cointreau, liqueur, rum and ice until just combined.
- 2Pour into cocktail glass; garnish with lime.
