  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 30 millilitre white rum
  • 30 millilitre dark rum
  • 15 millilitre orange curaçao
  • 15 millilitre amaretto
  • 15 millilitre fresh lemon juice
  • 15 millilitre sugar syrup
  • 15 millilitre fresh orange juice
  • 15 millilitre bottled pineapple juice
  • 10 millilitre grenadine

    Place ice cubes in glass; pour remaining ingredients,except grenadine, one at a time over ice, stir gently. Carefully add grenadine.
