Lemonade ice-blocks
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup (110g) icing sugar
  • 1 cup (250ml) sparkling mineral water

    Stir juice and icing sugar in medium jug until sugar dissolves.

    Stir in mineral water.

    Pour mixture into four ¹/³-cup (80ml) ice-block moulds. Press lids on firmly; freeze 6 hours or overnight.


Ice-blocks are a great high-energy treat, but go easy as too much sugar can lead to tooth decay and even a loss of appetite.
