Ingredients

Method

1.Stir juice and icing sugar in medium jug until sugar dissolves.
2.Stir in mineral water.
3.Pour mixture into four ¹/³-cup (80ml) ice-block moulds. Press lids on firmly; freeze 6 hours or overnight.

Ice-blocks are a great high-energy treat, but go easy as too much sugar can lead to tooth decay and even a loss of appetite.
