These tender, barbecued lemon and garlic pork ribs are literally finger-licking good, perfect for lunch with friends.

Method

1.Preheat oven to 240°C/475°F. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
2.Combine paprika, rind, juice, thyme, garlic, honey and oil in large bowl; add pork ribs, rub all over with paprika mixture. Set aside to marinate for several hours, or overnight.
3.Place racks on trays. Bake about 30 minutes or until well browned.
4.Cut pork racks into individual ribs to serve.
