Lamb cutlets with plum marinade
- 12 (900g) lamb cutlets
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (80g) plum jam
- 1/3 cup (80ml) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot chilli sauce
Method
Lamb cutlets with plum marinade
- 1Combine all ingredients apart from lamb in large shallow dish. Add lamb and turn to coat in marinade. Cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- 2Cook lamb on heated oiled grill (or grill plate or barbecue) until browned and cooked as desired.
