Ingredients

Lamb cutlets with plum marinade
  • 12 (900g) lamb cutlets
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (80g) plum jam
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot chilli sauce

Method

Lamb cutlets with plum marinade

    Combine all ingredients apart from lamb in large shallow dish. Add lamb and turn to coat in marinade. Cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

    Cook lamb on heated oiled grill (or grill plate or barbecue) until browned and cooked as desired.
