Ingredients

Lamb char siu stir-fry
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoon char siu sauce
  • 1 tablespoon kecap manis
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 600 gram lamb fillets, sliced thickly
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil, extra
  • 200 gram broccolini, trimmed
  • 200 gram snow peas, trimmed
  • 200 gram sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 fresh long red chilli, sliced thinly

Method

    Combine vinegar, oil, sauce, kecap manis, garlic and lamb in medium bowl. Drain lamb; reserve sauce mixture.

    Cook lamb, in batches, in heated oiled wok until browned.

    Heat extra oil in cleaned wok; stir-fry broccolini and peas, in batches.

    Return vegetables and lamb to wok with reserved sauce mixture; stir-fry until hot. Serve sprinkled with chilli.
