Side dishes are essential to rounding out your favourite meals and there’s no side dish so widely loved as mash. In this creamy sweet potato mash we’ve given the classic potato mash a flavour boost by using the orange sweet potato also known as kumara. It adds a little extra sweetness and chicken stock gives it an extra flavour boost but with the same smooth texture that you know and love.

Once you’ve tried it served with your favourite steaks and schnitzels you’ll move on to using it to top all your favourite potato-topped cottage and shepherds pies.
