1.Combine mince, breadcrumbs, mint, spices and juice in medium bowl; roll mixture into 12 balls, roll balls into sausage-shaped kofta. Cook kofta on heated oiled flat plate, uncovered, until cooked through.
2.Meanwhile, make tunisian carrot salad. Cut carrot into 5cm lengths then slice pieces thinly lengthways. Cook carrot on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue), uncovered, until just tender. Place in large bowl with remaining ingredients (except yoghurt); toss gently.
3.Serve kofta with salad and yoghurt.
