Ingredients

Kiwifruit and mint frappe
  • 4 (340g) medium kiwifruits, peeled, chopped coarsely
  • 3/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) apple juice
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded fresh mint

Method
