Hot mocha & banana smoothie

This delicious smoothie will get you going in the morning. The milo and coffee will you give you instant energy while the banana will keep your engines running right through to lunchtime.

Hot mocha & banana smoothie
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana, peeled, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milo, plus extra, to dust
  • 1/4 cup percolated coffee


Hot mocha & banana smoothie

    Place milk and banana in a jug. Using a hand-blender, process until smooth. Add Milo and coffee, then pour into a small saucepan.

    Stir over a low heat until just below boiling point. Dust with extra Milo.


Use berries in place of banana. Instant coffee is fine for this recipe.
