1.Combine ingredients for honey sesame marinade in small bowl.
2.Place pork in large shallow dish; add two-thirds of the marinade. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
3.Preheat oven to 160°C (140°C fan-forced). Line two baking dishes with baking paper or foil; place oiled wire rack in each dish.
4.Drain pork from marinade. Place pork, in single layer, on racks in dishes. Roast, uncovered, 45 minutes, turning halfway and brushing with remaining marinade until well browned and cooked through.
