1.Place noodles in large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Separate with fork, drain.
2.Heat half the peanut oil in a wok. In batches, stir-fry beef until browned. Remove from wok.
3.Heat remaining peanut oil in wok. Stir-fry corn and onion until corn is tender. Return beef to wok with noodles, nuts and combined honey, sauces, water and sesame oil. Stir-fry until hot, season to taste.
4.Serve noodles sprinkled with sesame seeds.
