These honey and coconut muesli bars are the perfect energy packed snack for school lunch boxes. For a crispy result bake for a little longer. If you like a chewier bar, then take them out of the oven slightly early.

- 2 1/2 cup (225g) rolled oats
- 1 cup (35g) rice bubbles
- 1/2 cup (40g) shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup (70g) slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 395 gram (14 ounces) canned sweetened condensed milk
Method
Honey & coconut muesli bars
- 1Preheat oven to 160°C/325°F. Grease 23cm x 32cm (9-inch x 13-inch) swiss roll pan; line base and long sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm (2 inches) over sides.
- 2Combine ingredients in large bowl; press mixture firmly into pan.
- 3Bake slice about 40 minutes or until browned lightly. Cool in pan.
