These honey and coconut muesli bars are the perfect energy packed snack for school lunch boxes (switch out the almonds so they’re nut-free). For a crispy result bake for a little longer. If you like a chewier bar, then take them out of the oven slightly early.
1.Preheat oven to 160°C/325°F. Grease 23cm x 32cm (9-inch x 13-inch) swiss roll pan; line base and long sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm (2 inches) over sides.
2.Combine ingredients in large bowl; press mixture firmly into pan.
3.Bake slice about 40 minutes or until browned lightly. Cool in pan.
