Home-made muesli bars
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease a 28cm x 18cm slice pan. Line the base and two long sides with one piece of baking paper.
2.Stir margarine, sugar and honey in medium saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3.Press mixture into the pan and smooth the surface. Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden. Cool in the pan. Cut into bars.
Muesli bars will keep in an airtight container for up to one week.
