  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 small bunch mint, finely chopped

    Place vinegar, sugar and water in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring over low heat until sugar dissolves.
