Ingredients

High-fibre mixed berry yoghurt smoothies
  • 2 cup (500ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (25g) crushed Weet-Bix
  • 2/3 cup (190s) berry yoghurt
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • fresh berries, edible flowers, to serve

Method

High-fibre mixed berry yoghurt smoothies

    Blend or process ingredients until smooth.

    Serve topped with fresh berries and edible flowers, if you like.

Notes

You will need about 2 Weet-Bix for the crushed quantity required.
You can use 1/4 cup of fresh mixed berries and 2 ice cubes instead of frozen berries.
