1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line two oven trays with baking paper.
2.In a bowl, combine mince, breadcrumbs, zucchini, carrot, chutney, onions, egg and parsley. Season to taste. Mix well.
3.Spoon 1/8 of mince mixture lengthways along centre of one pastry strip. Roll up to enclose filling; press seam-side down, to seal. Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
4.Cut each roll into four equal pieces. Make small slits on top of each roll. Brush with milk; sprinkle with combined seeds. Bake 25-30 minutes, until pastry is well puffed and golden. Serve with sauce.
