Ham with avocado and mango salsa
  • 1 large avocado, seeded, peeled, cubed
  • 1 large mango, seeded, peeled, cubed
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced, plus extra wedges to serve
  • 500 gram leg ham off the bone, thickly sliced

    In a medium bowl, combine avocado, mango, onion, sweet chilli sauce, oil and lime juice. Season to taste and toss gently.

    Top ham slices with salsa and serve with lime wedges.
