Ham, cheese and tomato chutney wraps
  • 8 (200g) mountain bread squares
  • 1/2 cup (160g) tomato chutney
  • 50 gram baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cup (250g) coarsely grated cheddar cheese
  • 300 gram shaved leg ham

Method

Ham, cheese and tomato chutney wraps

    Place two bread slices together, spread with rounded tablespoons of chutney. Top each with spinach, cheese and ham, roll to enclose.

    Cut rolls into thirds crossways to serve.

Notes

Prepare the wraps the night before the picnic; wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Cut the rolls at the picnic.
