Grilled plums with cinnamon cream

Method

1.Combine yoghurt, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste and sugar in a medium bowl. Fold through whipped cream. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate until ready to serve.
2.Place plum halves, cut side up, on a baking tray and sprinkle with sugar. Cook under a preheated grill 5-8 minutes, or until plums are soft and sugar has melted.
3.Serve warm plums with cinnamon cream.
