Ingredients: Grilled nectarines; 8 medium (1.3kg) nectarines, halved, seeded; 2 tablespoon brown sugar; PPassionfruit swirl yogurt; 1 tablespoon grand marnier or orange juice; 1 cup (280g) natural yogurt; 2 tablespoon icing sugar mixture; 2 tablespoon passionfruit pulp

Grilled nectarines

8 medium (1.3kg) nectarines, halved, seeded

2 tablespoon brown sugar

PPassionfruit swirl yogurt

1 tablespoon grand marnier or orange juice

1 cup (280g) natural yogurt

2 tablespoon icing sugar mixture

2 tablespoon passionfruit pulp

Method

1.Place the nectarines, cut side up, on a baking tray or dish. Sprinkle the nectarine halves with sugar and liqueur. Grill nectarines until browned.

2.Combine yogurt and sugar in a medium bowl, spoon into serving bowl, swirl with passionfruit pulp. Serve nectarines with passionfruit yogurt.
