1.Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender, drain.
2.Mash half the potatoes with cream until almost smooth. Coarsely crush remaining potatoes with the back of a fork until skins burst, fold into mashed potatoes with parsley. Season to taste.
3.Meanwhile, crush garlic. Finely grate 1 teaspoon rind from lemon. Cut lemon into wedges. Combine garlic, rind and chicken in medium bowl, season. Cook chicken on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue).
4.Serve chicken with potatoes and lemon wedges. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil, if you like.
