1.Cut wing tips from chicken; discard tips. Cut wings in half at joints. Brush chicken with oil and cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned all over and cooked through.
2.Meanwhile, to make ranch dressing, combine ingredients in small bowl.
3.To make rocket and blue cheese salad, combine rocket, tomato, oil and vinegar in a medium bowl; top with cheese.
4.Serve chicken with salad and ranch dressing.
